SAND `N SEA BEACH HOUSES:  Our beach houses are ready for you and your family to enjoy, and the interior photos on each house page are accurate.  However, please note that the neighborhood may not be fully restored at the time of your stay; nearby construction is possible. Beach access varies: it may be directly in front of the house or a short walk or drive away.  Ask your rental agent for details about your specific vacation home and the neighborhood.  

ATTRACTIONS AND RESTAURANTS:  The Seawall is back to looking like its old self, and restaurants along the Seawall and downtown are open. The 1894 Grand Opera House, Elissa, Moody Gardens and many more attractions are also ready to welcome you; and Schlitterbahn is open too!
