The Total Rate includes all applicable taxes, standard fees, travel insurance, pet fee (if property is pet-friendly) and a non-refundable $50 Reservation Fee. Linens and towels are also included, and standard beds are made for your arrival. The travel insurance and pet fee (if not traveling with your pup) are optional and can be removed during the reservation process.

"Avalon has a great view of the ocean with all of its windows and is an easy walk or cart ride to the beach. The open main room and kitchen area was perfect for our group of 10. Pirates Beach was gorgeous; the people were friendly; we didn't want to leave!! You will NOT regret staying in this spacious home (and it certainly feels like a home instead of a just another house). "Great location for this property, corner lot. Can see and hear the beach from the deck. Short walk to the beach. Really nice neighborhood. This property had plenty of room for the family. The main issue we had was the A/C unit could not cool the home down. Sand and Sea was great in responding to the A/C unit and the washing machine issue in a timely manner."

"House is located in a nice area with a short trip to the beach. Although clean and well decorated, house was very warm and took considerable time to cool. Bring a couple of fans for sure. We used them the entire week-end to rotate air in all rooms. Besides this, we had a great time and would revisit."
