The Total Rate includes all applicable taxes, standard fees, travel insurance, pet fee (if property is pet-friendly) and a non-refundable $50 Reservation Fee. Linens and towels are also included, and standard beds are made for your arrival. The travel insurance and pet fee (if not traveling with your pup) are optional and can be removed during the reservation process.

"Dremasicle is a dream. Beautiful house right on the beach. Very well maintained did see one or two Texas sied roaches as all houses do but no biggie because the whole house was super clean and comfortable. Would love to return someday and do it all over again. Thank you Sand and Sea for a marvelous stay!"

"Dreamsicle is a great place to stay! We've never rented a house before, so we didn't exactly know what to expect, but this was wonderful. We didn't have very good weather so we spent a lot of time in the house and it was very comfortable. We had a lot of family in staggered visits during our reunion and our having a private master bedroom with a private bathroom was great! The kitchen is well-equipped and the appliances are in good condition. Having a washer and dryer is very useful. The beach in front of the house is a short walk and is absolutely beautiful. We had pretty awful weather, but I walked miles on the beach everyday. It was great watching all the birds in this area. We would rent this exact same house again if we needed one again for a larger group. If it is just myself and my husband, we will definitely rent through Sand & Sea again, just not a house as roomy!"

"Dreamsicle is a great house - location is excellent, far away from public beach access so the beach was not crowded. The covered deck was a life saver on hot, sunny afternoons. We ate most of our meals out on the deck. It's a fun house with a great view, lots of books, games, puzzles. Beautifully decorated. The outdoor shower came in handy and was used every day. Ice cream truck came by several times each day. We will definitely come back, hopefully next year."

"This is a great house with a very comfortable master suite and two other very nice bedrooms. The beds in the loft are fold down couches and while they work for kids, I'm not sure more than one adult would be comfortable on each bed. The house looks newly remodled and is very attractive/modern. The views are great. There is a large tv where the kids watched cartoons in the morning before we got out of bed. There is a nice deck. There is a nice book collection for kids. We were very happy with our accomodations."
