There are four bedrooms for the adults and a loft with a daybed and pyramid bunk for the kids. Hardwood floors, high ceilings, and elegant molding details add that special touch to the open living/dining area while the spacious kitchen features a great island plenty of storage space for your beach snacks. The cooks won’t miss any conversation while preparing your next meal of fresh seafood. When you’re ready to take advantage of the great view and Gulf breeze just step out to the deck and choose from covered or uncovered areas. Ready to feel the sand beneath your feet? Just head to the dune walkover a few doors down and you’ll be on the beach in no time!

A refundable, cash security deposit is required for all April and May rentals.
At the broker’s discretion, a cash security deposit may be required.

The Total Rate includes all applicable taxes, standard fees and a non-refundable $50 Reservation Fee. Linens and towels are also included, and standard beds are made for your arrival. Travel insurance is optional, and the pet fee is added during the reservation process.

Palmetto is the perfect home for a family. All the adults had a queen or king bed and the kids loved the pyramid bunk and day bed. Excellent arrangement in the house as well. ALL bedrooms have a gorgeous view of the Gulf. It was the perfect home for our Family Vacation---we will definitely be back! Thanks Sand and Sea!

Great house. Loved that it had 4 bedrooms with adult size beds and not bunk beds in bedrooms. Will stay here again.
