Spacious pet friendly beachside in Pirates Beach! Multiple families will find this vacation rental home ideal for accommodating everyone comfortably and with four bedrooms and close beach access it�s sure to become a favorite! This two-level home has an open living area and a wall of windows that let in plenty of natural light and allow you to enjoy the view from the comfort of the air conditioning. Contemporary comfortable furniture and cool hardwood floors help make the living area perfect for an afternoon of board games or cuddling in front of the fireplace. Ready for some Gulf seafood? The dining table seats six people, and there is space for three more at the kitchen bar. Al fresco dining is a definite must on the screened and covered deck just off the kitchen. On the upper level you will find two spacious master suites with their own televisions. The remaining bedrooms are on the main level and include a double bed and bunk bedroom, and a bedroom with two bunk beds. When you are ready to get some sand between your toes, the beach is only a block away!

A refundable, cash security deposit is required for all April and May rentals.
At the broker’s discretion, a cash security deposit may be required.

The Total Rate includes all applicable taxes, standard fees and a non-refundable $50 Reservation Fee. Linens and towels are also included, and standard beds are made for your arrival. Travel insurance is optional, and the pet fee is added during the reservation process.

Kim; Dallas, TX 03/24/2012 If this home were for sale I would love to buy it! Maison Royale is lovely. I have looked extensively at dog-friendly beach rentals on the island and this one far and away is the nicest and worth the price tag. The layout is perfect for two families and is just a block to the beach with a nice ocean view. The house is comfortable, warm, and has loads of indoor and outdoor seating space. We hope to return soon!

Great gathering area under the home with lots of furniture for barbeque time. We enjoyed the screened in porch and the wonderful deck for dining with an ocean view.
