At the broker’s discretion, a cash security deposit may be required.

The Total Rate includes all applicable taxes, standard fees and a non-refundable $50 Reservation Fee. Linens and towels are also included, and standard beds are made for your arrival. Travel insurance is optional, and the pet fee is added during the reservation process.

Peterson family Cody, WY 04/15/2012 The bedroom/bathroom arrange is most excellent for families as is the kitchen. We had four children and five adults and all thought the house was great. We really had a wonderful time. Very nice people at SandNSea.
Carroll Family; Houston, TX 03/20/2012 everything about the house was great with the exception there was no internet connection. everything else was fantastic. we will definitely book this rental again. the staff at Sand'N'Sea's were very knowledgeable and friendly. they made checking in and out very simple. the staff was very responsive regarding a maintenance issue and sent a repairman immediately. the staff followed up with a phone call to ensure the maintenance was done to my satisfaction. great place to stay and great staff to make your stay enjoyable. we loved it and can't wait to return.
