Spacious beachfront with covered and uncovered decks! This vacation rental home features hardwood floors throughout the main level and beautiful Gulf views. Island Breeze is a great choice for two families: there are two king bedrooms for the adults and a bunk bedroom and loft for the kids. The loft has two futons, and functions as a great getaway for the kids or teens in your group. The living room has a 42" LCD flat screen High Definition TV plus there are additional televisions in the loft and bedrooms. Outside there are also plenty of options for everyone in your group. A private deck off the master bedroom offers a quiet retreat for sitting and enjoying a beverage or watching for a glimpse of dolphins. The large main deck features room for sunning, plenty of comfortable deck furniture and a table for outdoor dining. When you are ready to get some sand between your toes, the beach is just steps away!

Sea Isle fishing pier keys are available only to Sea Isle guests. A $50 refundable cash deposit is required in order to check out the pier key, and the deposit is refunded when the key is returned to the office.

Sand `N Sea Properties offers vacation rentals on West Galveston Island - beachfront, canal and bay front homes - as well as real estate sales in Galveston’s Historic Districts, on the beach and everywhere in-between.

NOTE: Internet Access/Cable/Dish/Telephone service can be unreliable on West Galveston Island. We apologize, but Sand ‘N Sea cannot guarantee that these amenities will be working during your stay and is unable to offer refunds for disruption of these services.

A refundable, cash security deposit is required for all April and May rentals.
At the broker’s discretion, a cash security deposit may be required.

The Total Rate includes all applicable taxes, standard fees and a non-refundable $50 Reservation Fee. Linens and towels are also included, and standard beds are made for your arrival. Travel insurance is optional, and the pet fee is added during the reservation process.

Bosse Family; Brenham, TX 09/21/2011 This property has an excellent location with easy access to the beach. This part of the beach was never crowded while we were there and was very clean. The house itself could use some repair and the decking had loose boards and nails sticking up. This was reported at checkout and the agent made a note to have it repaired. All in all, my family of 9 adults and 2 little ones had a great time and slept comfortably. I would rent again.

The house was clean, the location was good, and my family had a great weekend.

Although it "sleeps" 12, it really should be "sleeps 10 comfortably". Fishing was great, we caught nearly 30 (stingray, hardhead, sheephead and other bay fish) The beach itself was awesome, great waves (even for surfing!) and the sand was nice and light, our kids made "The Alamo" and other fortresses. Wonderful house for families!!!
