The Total Rate includes all applicable taxes, standard fees and a non-refundable $50 Reservation Fee. Linens and towels are also included, and standard beds are made for your arrival. Travel insurance is optional, and the pet fee is added during the reservation process.

It is a lovely home and very much island appropriate. It is a good size. The bunk beds are better suited for children than for adults, being rather smallish and with only medium comfort mattresses. Such issues do not usually concern children, of course. I loved the openess of the house and the huge windows that allowed a view of the waves breaking on the beach and the delightful Gulf winds as we sat on the porch. The home owners keep their house in good repair and have an excellent arrangement for dogs on the front deck with the locking gate. I'd love to stay there for Thanksgiving or Christmas to walk the beach with my dogs.
