Panoramic views at this beachfront home! This large vacation home is ideal for extended families - the kids' room sleeps 6 in sturdy pyramid bunks, and three more bedrooms are sized perfectly for adult guests. The main level boasts an open floor plan with wood floors, high ceilings, and wall full of windows that frames the beautiful Gulf views. The large living room is amply and comfortably furnished and includes a 47 inch flat screen HDTV with DVD player. Throughout the home you’ll find DVDs and board games that can entertain those stuck inside after too much sun. Grill downstairs, and then eat inside or out - the farmhouse kitchen table seats 12, with room for 4 more at the counter or enjoy your meal on the deck. Morning coffee and evening cocktails are also a great fit for the deck as you watch the sun rise or set over the Gulf. Ready for some sand between your toes? The beach is only steps away!

PLEASE NOTE: This property does not have a manicured yard; there is natural vegetation growing between the home and the beach.

Sea Isle fishing pier keys are available only to Sea Isle guests. A $50 refundable cash deposit is required in order to check out the pier key, and the deposit is refunded when the key is returned to the office.

The Total Rate includes all applicable taxes, standard fees and a non-refundable $50 Reservation Fee. Linens and towels are also included, and standard beds are made for your arrival. Travel insurance is optional, and the pet fee is added during the reservation process.

Great Friends from Baton Rouge, Dallas & Fayetteville Arkansas. 11/08/2011 Fun was had by all eleven of us, we come to Galveston Lone Star Rally every year. This house is a little far from rally, but well worth it. The home has a great fishing right in front of it which made for good dinners. Large screen TV for watching the football games in a open living area. Fun beach decor and dishes. We will book from Sand & Sea again!

Hidalgo Family, Houston, TX 09/12/2011 We came to Sand N Sea's Surf Song to celebrate my mother's 70th birthday. My expectations were exceeded in every way. Very little beach traffic so it was like having your own private beach. Especially liked the private outdoor shower and well lit parking area (nobody messed with our gear overnight). Sand like powder and water teal blue. Perfect weather. Only comment is the guest bedroom on upper level gets a little warm at night. Suggest to improve circulation. Aside from this minor point, would highly recommend to others.
