Pet friendly beachside home with unobstructed views! While staying at this Galveston vacation home you can appreciate the views in the air conditioning through a wall of windows in the living area or from the partially covered main deck. An open floor plan and comfortable living room furniture makes it easy for family and friends to relax and enjoy time together without feeling crowded. On the main level you will find the queen and bunk bedrooms. The spacious master suite is the only room on the upper level and its private deck may mean that you never want to leave! When you are ready to get some sand between your toes, the beach is only steps away!

Sea Isle fishing pier keys are available only to Sea Isle guests. A $50 refundable cash deposit is required in order to check out the pier key, and the deposit is refunded when the key is returned to the office.

Sand `N Sea Properties offers vacation rentals on West Galveston Island - beachfront, canal and bay front homes - as well as real estate sales in Galvestonï¿½s Historic Districts, on the beach and everywhere in-between.

NOTE: Internet Access/Cable/Dish/Telephone service can be unreliable on West Galveston Island. We apologize, but Sand ï¿½N Sea cannot guarantee that these amenities will be working during your stay and is unable to offer refunds for disruption of these services.

All Sand ï¿½N Sea vacation rentals are non-smoking properties.

A refundable, cash security deposit is required for all April and May rentals.
At the broker’s discretion, a cash security deposit may be required.

The Total Rate includes all applicable taxes, standard fees and a non-refundable $50 Reservation Fee. Linens and towels are also included, and standard beds are made for your arrival. Travel insurance is optional, and the pet fee is added during the reservation process.

We rented Captains Quarters over Easter weekend. I was surprised and very pleased how clean the house was. The furniture was very comfortable and the house had all the supplies we needed. I would recommend the home as a great rental.

Great house for family with children and great views even though on the second row from the beach! Only down fall, no shower, only bathtub in the master suite.

This property is one of the best we have used at Sand and Sea. The beach appears to be in the back yard although the house is behind a proptery. It does not contend with other properties and is private. We intend to revisit the property.
