Fabulous beachfront views in Sunny Beach! This casual yet contemporary Galveston vacation home has an open floor plan with beautiful bamboo flooring. The living area, with a flat panel television and custom built-ins, easily accommodates your whole group for a movie night or casual conversation. The updated kitchen has high end countertops, stainless steel appliances, and plenty of space for multiple chefs. Enjoy your seafood dinner together at the dining table that seats eight and take advantage of the additional bar area for serving or seating additional guests. Ideal for couples vacationing together, this home has four bedrooms and a study for any extra overnight guests. Three bedrooms feature queen size beds and the study has a queen sleeper sofa. The spacious master bedroom has a king bed, private bath, and its own television and DVD player. When you're ready to enjoy some time outside choose from two levels of covered deck or head to the beach - the sand and surf are just a few steps away!

A refundable, cash security deposit is required for all April and May rentals.
At the broker’s discretion, a cash security deposit may be required.

The Total Rate includes all applicable taxes, standard fees and a non-refundable $50 Reservation Fee. Linens and towels are also included, and standard beds are made for your arrival. Travel insurance is optional, and the pet fee is added during the reservation process.

Cryan Family Clear Lake 03/12/2012 The house was lovely. There was so much room for us to store all our things- didn't have to leave things sitting out in the kitchen. Nice large pantry and closet. I wish the main den area had more comfy funiture. Rattan looks nice but not as snuggly as upolstered furniture. Overall we loved the house and would stay there again!

I drove by the property before I put our deposit down, but was unable to look inside as it was leased out at the time I made reservation. The home looks just like it does online if not better!
