Beachside with handicap-friendly features! This spacious Galveston beach house has everything for a large family or two families vacationing together with 4 bedrooms (one king and two queen bedrooms for the adults and a bunk room for the kids) and plenty of room for everyone to enjoy their trip. Tile floors keep the open living area cool and the comfortable and colorful furnishings are perfect to enjoy beach views or the living room fireplace. The kitchen has granite countertops and a large island which seats eight. A nearby dining table seats eight more. Also on the main level are three bedrooms: two queens and a bunk room. The upper level consists entirely of the master suite with a king bed, private deck, large bathroom and walk-in closet. You'll also find a stackable washer-dryer in the master bath area in addition to the full-size washer-dryer on the main level. You'll find handicap-friendly features in two of the bathrooms - including showers large enough to roll in a wheelchair. When you're ready for the outdoors, there's a large open deck and on the ground level, you'll find a seating area. Best of all, the beach is only a few steps away!

PLEASE NOTE: For medical reasons, this house has a strict "No Pets" and "No Smoking" policy - no exceptions!

A refundable, cash security deposit is required for all April and May rentals.
At the broker’s discretion, a cash security deposit may be required.

The Total Rate includes all applicable taxes, standard fees and a non-refundable $50 Reservation Fee. Linens and towels are also included, and standard beds are made for your arrival. Travel insurance is optional, and the pet fee is added during the reservation process.
