3 Gulls is a nice and quant property. Great value with a long ocean view from the deck and a short walk to the beach. The screened in porch is a big plus. We had a wonderful time and would rent this beach house again. Sand n Sea has the best choices in rentals and a incredible staff!

We've been renting from Sand 'N Sea for ten years. We can see and hear the water from 5 O'clock Somewhere - this is our first time to rent this home....for the price, it's the best house in Pirates Beach in our opinion. It was perfect for my husband and me.

Our family stayed for my sister's 50th Birthday celebration. We couldn't have chosen a better home for this occasion. The house has an Ocean View that is just beautiful and we basically had the Beach to ourselves. The Deck was enormous and the interior is warm and inviting. The Kitchen was spacious and FULLY stocked. It has state of the art Laundry facilities and the property was immaculate upon arrival. We all cried and didn't want to leave when it was time to go. Vowed to come back for future occasions and vacations. Above all, the Staff is incredible!! They went above and beyond to see that our stay was a memorable one!

WOW!!! The Admiral's Lookout was an excellent property. The home is beautiful and well maintained. Sand-N-Sea went above and beyond to host us...even called during our stay to check on us. I've used a lot of leasing companies in Galveston; and by far, Sand-N-Sea is superior. Will be back....

Rental office conveniently located within minutes of home. Best location in Spanish Grant with beach path directly across the street.....the views can't be beat. Lovely covered deck to get out of the sun but still enjoy the sounds and sight of the ocean. Although older, the home had everything we needed and was neat and clean. I will book again in the future and would highly recommend this home.

We had a fantastic week at All Aboard and would definitely visit again. The house was the perfect size for our family of six and the location could not be beat....literally steps away from the beach! We felt very much "at home" as we relaxed at this beach house. The house was clean and well maintained. We had everything we needed for a great vacation! We also liked that is was not too far from the seawall and downtown. Great location! Great experience!

This beachfront rental hits the spot on about every level. It's spacious. It's well appointed. It is decorated in an interesting rustic but upscale decor. Each bedroom has it's own bathroom. And each bedroom has their own significantly sized flatscreen TV, so if you want to get away from everybody...you can do it without feeling that you are sacrificing anything. You cannot go wrong with Argonata. Our whole family loved staying there. Already planning to do it again.

We had a fantastic stay at Bay House! If you are looking for a comfortable place to relax, this is it. The layout of the house is great with a roomy living area. It is also located in a very quiet area. The roomy pier had fantastic lighting & the fishing was great. Caught lots of trout & cooked them in the awesome kitchen that had all of the utensils & dishes we needed. My husband actually stated, "I never thought I'd say this, but I'm tired of catching fish'! The furnishings were beautiful. Sand & Sea staff were very helpful & we appreciated the informative e-mail we received before our arrival. After two VERY disappointing vacation experiences with 'By Owner' rentals (what you see on-line is not always what you get on some of these sites) we are happy to be back in Sand & Sea's capable hands! 5 star rating all the way around & we'll see you next year!
BEACH RETREAT

This was my familys first vacation to Galveston and Beach Retreat was a wonderful house. The west end of the island is much quieter which is great for us having young kids. The decoration and furniture is very nice and the wireless was a plus. Only downside is the beach access is not direct from the house (i.e. over a footbridge like others). Other than that we were very happy with the property and Sand n Sea properties!

This house is great. Great views, lovely furnishings, comfortable and has easy access to everything. It's our 2nd year in this particular house and I look forward to renting it again next year. I had one concern about the couch and Sand N Sea dispatched someone immediately to clean the entire couch. Outstanding service.

When we first spotted this property, we knew we had to reserve it for the next family reunion. I don't believe we realized how truly perfect this property was for our family until we arrived on Friday afternoon. The Company that we usually rent from was not as friendly and informative as this agency was. Sand N Sea agents were very knowledgeable of the property along with going over the top to make sure our stay was absolutely perfect. They definitely exceeded our expectations and we will be renting this property again on an annual basis.

My brothers and I rented this house for a surprise for our parents anniversary...first time renting and it was so great! Close to the beach, and a great view! Other then food, the house had everything...pots, pans, plates, sheets, towels...you name it, they proabably had it. Will rent with Sand N Sea again!

Although this property is considered on the a "second row" home, the view and access to the beach were fantastic!! We loved the property. We have stayed with Sand n Sea numerous times and all at remarkable properties, but this property was probably the most enjoyable of our stays. We will request this one again!!

This house is a dream come true. We were 6 women between 66 and 51 who all wanted our own bed for sleeping without climbing into a bunk top. We got that in this house with one to spare and all were very comfortable. We could have doubled our number and taken some husbands and kids. The house is so airy and is open so all can participate in everything. Beautiful views and peaceful beach. We wanted to stay longer than the 2 nights we had. Close to town and convenient to all activities. Thank you so much for sharing your wonderful home with us. Best "girls" weekend out ever! Great for families and friends too! This is truly a heaven on earth for children and adults both! I will be back again I'm sure. P.S. Oh yes, the deck is to die for!

We were renting for a gathering to celebrate my sister's life after she had passed in June. We had originally reserved Angels Loft which was in very poor condition, the pictures for this rental are very outdated. Knowing I had elderly attending this event I needed to switch properties. The staff at Sand N Sea found a much better fit for our memorial with Maison Royale. It was very up to date, in Excellent conditon and the ammenties were great. I really appreciated the polite and courtesy the staff showed me during this stressful time. It could of ended up a nightmare, but they made sure I was pleased with the accomodations and went out of their way to be helpful.

Another fabulous beach vacation home! View is spectacular, private beach access, comfortable beds, HUGE bathrooms & kitchen plus RIGHT on the beach. This house is over the top, we felt like we were at home as this house is similar to ours in many ways. The furnishings were really nice and FUN!! The house is well loved by the owners and it shows. It was VERY clean, usually I'm cleaning a condo or home before we settle in but not here. Sand and Sea's house keeping did a great job of welcoming us. Our stay was fantastic. We just got back home yesterday and my kids were so sad to be waking up in Houston today and not in this home in Galveston. My family had a very special time here and we will not soon forget this trip and this very special home. The photos are great online but does not do it justice. As must see and stay!!! Thank you for sharing your wonderful home with us. We can't wait to go back!!

This was our first time to rent from Sand'N Sea and it was an excellent experience. Very easy & quick check-in and check-out! The staff was super friendly and helpful! We had no issues at the 'Sea Forever' beach house and had a wonderful time. We had a house-full with kids and adults, and this house accomodated us all very well. It was clean, a perfect location with an ocean view from both deck levels. The kids loved it and insisted we come back next year! We enjoyed the hammock, too!

This beach house was everything we wanted. We were able to have coffee in the mornings on the deck and enjoy the gulf breeze, take walks on the beach, swim, cook and just relax at the beach. This property is fabulous! The ammenities on this property are wonderful! Would have loved to have had king size beds in all of the other downstairs bedrooms but other than that, this property is well suited for several families and friends wanting to get away! We always rent from Sand and Sea and will continue to do so in the future! When we had issues trying to figure out the television, the staff at Sand and Sea contacted us several times to make sure that our issues had been addressed. Very professional rental agency; we wouldn't rent anywhere else. We will definitely rent this property again!

This was a last minute weekend getaway. I knew of Sand 'n Sea Rentals as I have visited the island alot over the years. The website is very user friendly and I clicked on, chose Willy's Place because it suited our needs, and voila - all done. I would highly recommend Sand 'n Sea and we will likely rent Willy's Place again or another property if we need something larger in the future. Our party was especially impressed with the phone call from the Sand 'n Sea staff Saturday morning checking in with us to make sure we were pleased. That meant alot. Great job!!!
