The Total Rate includes all applicable taxes, standard fees and a non-refundable $50 Reservation Fee. Linens and towels are also included, and standard beds are made for your arrival. Travel insurance is optional, and the pet fee is added during the reservation process.

We thoroughly enjoyed the Sandblast for our family and friends spending time together. The large dining table was perfect for us all eating and playing games! I also enjoyed the kitchen which had any pot and pan you might need to prepare your dishes. Since the beach in front of this house is a public access area, the beach can get quite busy, but you can easily walk to the beach areas outside of the enclosed public access area if it's crowded. Our beach house neighbor in the house beside us put a beach canopy up for the week, so they always had a spot on the beach!

Would not rent it - no view of ocean. Bugs in house and not adequate a/c.

Our guests with small children or dogs benefit the most from this particular addition to the home. Each of our homes receives regular pest control visits, but we are always happy to schedule an additional treatment - just give the office a call during your stay so we can take care of it for you!

This modest beach house is priced accordingly and represents a good value. A hop, skip and a jump from the beach with great views. Only a public beach access point separates it from the high-rent district but all share the same sun, sand and sea. Lattice panels and gates will keep your Yorkies and toddlers corralled on the deck. I would rent again.
