Such a cute house! Perfect for 2 couples, 3 kids and a dog or less. We loved the lay out of the property and all of the appliances and a/c worked great! Something we were concerned about. I would highly recommend staying here to anyone.

We really enjoyed our extended stay in the Sundance property. We had three views of the water from our deck so we could always see the Gulf conditions before taking our daily walks on the beach. We especially loved the interior layout, with plenty of room for us and our grand children and family to visit. The abundant windows brightened the interior and the vast deck space allowed for comfortable outdoor activities. Of course the close proximity to the beach was a plus.

Great, comfortable & happy little beach house. Close enough to walk to the beach. Has a great deck all along the outside of the house on 2nd floor. Rented this house 3 times before and each time we all enjoyed it. Sand 'N Sea does a great job in taking care of their rentals and our needs.

The Sundance is an excellent location and a cute house with views of the ocean and a block from the beach. We really enjoyed this property. The kitchen has everything you need. We would definitely stay at this property again. This property was a great base for our family vacation of 9 people and we all had plenty of room. The beach was clean and the weather was great! My husband,son and brother really enjoyed the 12 hour fishing trip with Galveston Party Boats and had a huge catch of red fish and shark. Dinner was Great! My sister-in-law and I took the kids to Schlitterbahn and had an awesome day! Pleasure Pier was a Blast! The Iron Shark is a Must to Ride, but not for the faint at heart! Bubba Gump was good, but a little noisey,it was a neat place and our waitress was great! The Moody Mansion & Bishop's Palace historical home tours were amazing. These homes were built before their time. We had Date Night while grandma watched the kids at Shearn's located at Moody Gardens Resort & Spa and it was excellent! The views were amazing, our waiter was GREAT, excellent service and the Filet Mignon was wonderful! The shops on the strand are very unique. They have a Soda Fountain Shop named La King's Confectionery that sell all sorts of sweets & ice cream, etc.. the decor' is so neat, it takes you back in time. We watched several dolphins swimming in the harbor by the 1877 tall ship Elissa and the Ocean Star Offshore Oil Rig & Museum. I just love how they have restored and preserved the old building on the strand and around Galveston Island, so that we may enjoy them today! WE HAD A BLAST!!!
