A refundable, cash security deposit is required for all April and May rentals.
At the broker’s discretion, a cash security deposit may be required.

The Total Rate includes all applicable taxes, standard fees and a non-refundable $50 Reservation Fee. Linens and towels are also included, and standard beds are made for your arrival. Travel insurance is optional, and the pet fee is added during the reservation process.

We found the bedrooms spacious and accommodating for the size of our group. The views from both porches were amazing as was the proxity to the beach. We enjoyed the openness of the kitchen dining and living area! The supplies in the storage are, the kitchen drawers, and the video cabinet were very helpful!

great wide living room view of the Gulf and two balconies flanking make for an enjoyable view.
