Another fabulous beach vacation home! View is spectacular, private beach access, comfortable beds, HUGE bathrooms & kitchen plus RIGHT on the beach. Deck is HUGE & was perfect as our weather wasn't warm enough for "ocean water play time". Staff at Sand N Sea has always been quick to respond to any questions or needs. When we stay in Galveston we ALWAYS use Sand N Sea. Thanks again for providing a WONDERFUL location for the PERFECT family beach vacation.

Loved the house. It is very clean and comfortable. I agree of a few more comfortable chairs. The only problem for my family is lack of a place to sit without a covered deck, and not having window coverings in the 2 front bedrooms.

We liked the open floor plan of the living area. A couple more chairs in the living-room would be nice. It is all on one level which was good for the older members of our family. There is no entry way, so lacks a place to leave sandy shoes and jackets ( winter visitors ). All in all, wwe enjoyed the house very much.

My family agreed we would return to this house. It's very open, but the bedrooms are quiet. 3 bathrooms is a definite plus! We would like to see a couple of comfortable chairs added in the living room as seating was limited to the 2 sofas, places for only 6 people. Beach access is really easy and the view out the huge front windows is fabulous!
