This budget friendly beachside house features an open floor plan; the living, dining and kitchen areas flow together seamlessly. Painted in soothing earth tones, the living area features tiled floors and new, comfortable furnishings (great for those who’d rather stay out of the sun). The dining table seats six and there’s space for two more at the kitchen counter. Ready for the outdoors? There’s a large deck, and it’s covered and uncovered, and there’s a wonderful dining table and chairs for your outdoor dining! When you’re ready to get some sand between your toes, the beach is only steps away – this house is the third one from the beach.
