Big, beautiful, and new, this pet-friendly home is ready for guests! Sun Splash, a large beachside home located at Indian Beach, is great for a large family or two families vacationing together. The house is situated on two levels: the main level contains the main living area, two bedrooms and one bath, and the upper level has three bedrooms and two baths. Four bedrooms (a king and three queens) are great for the adults and the kids will be happy in their large bunk bedroom. On the main level, you’ll experience spacious open floor plan living at its best. The large kitchen, dining and living areas all flow together seamlessly. There are tile floors and a big-screen High Definition TV. A wall of windows looks out to great Gulf views. When it’s time to kick back and relax, enjoy the fantastically large deck, and when you are ready for the beach, it’s only a few steps away.

PLEASE NOTE: There is no TV in the Level C bunk bedroom as shown on the floor plan.

A refundable, cash security deposit is required for all April and May rentals.
