The house comfortably sleeps 11 and it’s perfect for families with kids; there are four bedrooms – three have king beds and one has a queen bed and 3 singles. Early risers…grab your coffee and watch the sun rise over the Gulf from the living area, the kitchen or the deck – each location features dynamic views. The house has cool pine wood floors throughout, and it was updated in 2009 with new A/C units and fresh paint. There are 4 TVs (including 3 HD flat screens), 2 DVD players, 1 VHS player and a stereo for your entertainment, and a cozy wood burning fireplace makes Surf Puppy a good fall/winter choice. Don’t like stairs? Need some privacy? This beach house has a large suite on the ground level with new furnishings; it has a king bed, a bathroom, a dining table and a kitchenette with sink, microwave, coffee maker and refrigerator. On the ground level you’ll also find a utility room with a new washer and dryer. Ready to enjoy the outdoors? On the main level, you’ll find spacious open and covered decks, and there are tables, chairs and plenty of space for al fresco meals and entertaining. Best of all, take a nap in the hammock while your dog relaxes outdoors along with you – the deck is gated. On the ground level, there’s an enclosed outdoor shower, a large covered, paved area, with picnic tables, outdoor patio furniture and a grill for those steaks, fish, hamburgers, family BBQ’s & crab boils. When you’re ready for the beach, it’s only a short walk away!
