At the broker’s discretion, a cash security deposit may be required.

The Total Rate includes all applicable taxes, standard fees and a non-refundable $50 Reservation Fee. Linens and towels are also included, and standard beds are made for your arrival. Travel insurance is optional, and the pet fee is added during the reservation process.

Wind Song is the largest home we have rented from Sand n Sea. It is well done, in all capacities. We have a large family, including many small children, and it gave us lots of room. The outdoor shower worked ESPECIALLY well, and we appreciated the bullrock underneath the house, rather than concrete. WE have rented MANY homes from Sand n Sea over the past 30 years. Wind Song was, by far, the very best! Recommend it highly.
