Description

Enjoy the calm at 22 Palms! This Jamaica Beach canal home boasts 6 bedrooms, a private pool, guest house, and great fishing right from the deck. Big and beautiful, this private vacation rental has all the makings of your personal paradise.

Be transported to a tropical oasis. The resort-like pool looks out over the canal and is partially shaded by tall palm trees. Take a dip in the water, or take advantage of plenty of patio furniture to relax in the sun. The outdoor shower is conveniently located nearby, along with a charcoal grill perfect for grilling local seafood. Fishing with the family from your backyard is a guaranteed memory-maker!

The Main House has five bedrooms, including a twin/trundle bedroom with its own private entrance on the ground floor. On the main level, the primary king suite has deck access and an en suite bathroom with soaking tub, double vanity, and more. Down the hall are two queen bedrooms and another king bedroom.

The Guest House is just across the main level deck and boasts a poolside view. It has its own private entrance, living room, king bedroom, and full bath.

Appreciate the outdoors while lounging inside with scenic views framed by large windows. The living area features two big couches and one chaise around the TV, and it opens up to the dining room and kitchen. Two dining tables plus a breakfast bar easily seat up to 16 people. Cook up your fresh catch in the fully-equipped kitchen. Everyone can help with family meals thanks to the generous counter space and kitchen island.

In-town attractions are an easy, short drive away – The Galveston Island Historic Pleasure Pier, Moody Gardens, Schlitterbahn Waterpark, Historic Downtown Galveston, the Tall Ship Elissa at Pier 23, and many others.

PROPERTY CARE & HOUSEKEEPING
All Sand `N Sea Properties are non-smoking.

Our Housekeeping and Inspecting teams take care of preparing each home before every guest. They follow current CDC and Vacation Rental Housekeeping Professionals (VRHP) guidelines.

Sheets & bath towels are included with every reservation. Standard beds will already be made, ready for your arrival. Bunk beds and sleeper sofas will have a freshly laundered linen bundle available for your use.

We want to help get your trip off to an easy start, so all homes include a set of starter supplies: a roll of toilet paper for each bathroom, dishwashing soap, and shampoo, conditioner, lotion and hand soap for the bathrooms.

GOOD NEIGHBOR POLICY
Sand 'N Sea Properties is committed to good neighbor policies that provide the best experience possible for our vacation rental guests and our island neighbors. We share neighborhood HOA policies & city ordinance information with each of our guests via our rental policies, text & email reminders, and our Guest Portal.

We welcome family groups and responsible adult guests where leaseholders are a minimum of 25 years of age. Parties, reunions, proms and other gatherings are not allowed at any Sand `N Sea vacation homes.
