PARKING

Parking is available for up to 2 vehicles in tandem in the driveway of this home. Per HOA rules, street parking is not allowed.

HOUSEKEEPING & LINENS

Sheets & bath towels are included with every reservation. Standard beds are made, ready for your arrival.

All homes include starter amenities: a roll of toilet paper for each bathroom, dishwashing soap, and shampoo, conditioner, lotion and soaps for the bathrooms.

Our Housekeeping and Inspecting teams take care of preparing each home before every guest. They follow current CDC and Vacation Rental Housekeeping Professionals (VRHP) guidelines.

All Sand `N Sea Properties are non-smoking.

ATTRACTIONS & ACTIVITIES

On the West End, you’ll find miles and miles of beaches, birding sanctuaries, boat ramps, great fishing spots (beaches, bay & canal) as well as restaurants, groceries, gas and banking.

In-town attractions are an easy, short drive away – The Galveston Island Historic Pleasure Pier, Moody Gardens, Schlitterbahn Waterpark, Historic Downtown Galveston, the Tall Ship Elissa at Pier 23, and many others.

We are here to help! Our brick-and-mortar office is right at the entrance to Pirates Beach and is open from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. every day. Property Services is available for guests 24/7, and the direct number will be provided at check-in.

GOOD NEIGHBOR POLICY

Sand `N Sea works very hard to promote a quiet atmosphere for the enjoyment of our guests and our West End Galveston neighbors. As a founding member of the Galveston Association of Vacation Rental Managers (GARM), we require our guests to sign a Guest Agreement which outlines all local, subdivision and property management company rules. Sand `N Sea does not allow weddings, graduation, prom or other parties/events at this home.

We rent only to family groups and responsible adults older than 25 years of age. If occupancy maximums or other policies are violated, leaseholders and their guests may be evicted immediately, and all deposits and rents forfeited. More information can be found in the “Rental Agreement” on the checkout page.

At the broker's discretion, a refundable security deposit may be required before finalizing any reservation. Security deposits are required for all April and May rentals.
