The Total Rate includes all applicable taxes, standard fees, travel insurance, pet fee (if property is pet-friendly) and a non-refundable $50 Reservation Fee. Linens and towels are also included, and standard beds are made for your arrival. The travel insurance and pet fee (if not traveling with your pup) are optional and can be removed during the reservation process.

"This house is very well stocked! Excellent home for a large group, seating is excellent and the beds are comfortable. Walking distance to the beach made this perfect for our gathering. I would only mention that there is not a bathroom on the main floor that is accessible except through other bedrooms. It wasn't a problem for us but worth mentioning. So nice to have 4 bathrooms and 5 showers when you count the outside shower. Great property! "

"We were totally pleased with the rental. The kitchen was fully stocked. Every cabinet in the kitchen area was filled with dishes, plates (different types) for all occasions. Glasses ware from water, juice glasses to long stem. Pots, pans, glass cooking ware, mixer, toaster, knives, forks etc. There was an ironing board, extra bed, TV tray, washer dryer. The beds were comfortable and cozy. Let’s not forget the elevator. The owners cared about the experience of the renter. I loved the outlet in the floor of the living room – they thought of everything. It felt like home – it was our home away from home. Thanks for a wonderful experience, we will be back. We will rent on a smaller scale next time, hoping the “ADRIFT”’s owner, owns smaller rentals. A “TEN” to the rental staff – they made our first experience – one to remember. "
