Welcome to your new favorite beachside oasis - Ark House! This cheerful Galveston vacation rental comfortably sleeps 8 guests across 3 bedrooms and a fun loft, and is full of fun décor, bright & airy rooms, and the perfect deck for hours of memory-making in the Gulf breeze.
As soon as you enter Ark House, you'll be greeted by the open living area with vaulted ceilings and classic wicker furniture. The spacious interior of this Pirates Beach vacation home boasts a tasteful combination of cream and navy hues, complemented by vibrant pops of coral. The large seating area is perfect for family movie nights around the large TV with DVD player.
The well-equipped kitchen boasts a breakfast bar seating 3 and a large island, providing ample space for preparing meals and socializing. This home away from home has all the pots, pans, cooking & serving utensils, dishes & glassware you need for your favorite family recipes. The adjacent dining area features a large table that comfortably seats up to 7.
After a day of fun & food, your group will welcome the 3 well-appointed private bedrooms. The primary bedroom, with a king-sized bed, features a TV, cozy sitting area, and en suite bathroom with a large vanity and a tub & shower combo. There are two additional bedrooms, one with a queen-sized bed, and the other with a queen sleeper sofa. A full bath with a tub & shower combo and a convenient washer/dryer complete this level.
On the upper level, the loft is furnished with a comfortable twin with a trundle bed, offering additional sleeping space or a cozy spot to read or relax. Kids of all ages will love the fun airplane décor and plenty of floor space to spread out.
Ready for some fun in the sun? The inviting partially covered deck has a variety of comfortable furniture, making it a perfect place to relax and enjoy the long Gulf views at any time of day. On the ground level, you'll find convenient parking space for up to 4 cars, a finished patio that beckons you to relax and unwind, and a charcoal grill. After a day at the beach, rinse off the salt & sand in the convenient outdoor shower.

PROPERTY CARE & HOUSEKEEPING
All Sand `N Sea Properties are non-smoking.
Our Housekeeping and Inspecting teams take care of preparing each home before every guest. They follow current CDC and Vacation Rental Housekeeping Professionals (VRHP) guidelines.
Sheets & bath towels are included with every reservation. Standard beds will already be made, ready for your arrival. Bunk beds and sleeper sofas will have a freshly laundered linen bundle available for your use.
We want to help get your trip off to an easy start, so all homes include a set of starter supplies: a roll of toilet paper for each bathroom, dishwashing soap, and shampoo, conditioner, lotion and hand soap for the bathrooms.
GOOD NEIGHBOR POLICY
Sand 'N Sea Properties is committed to good neighbor policies that provide the best experience possible for our vacation rental guests and our island neighbors. We share neighborhood HOA policies & city ordinance information with each of our guests via our rental policies, text & email reminders, and our Guest Portal.
We welcome family groups and responsible adult guests where leaseholders are a minimum of 25 years of age. Parties, reunions, proms and other gatherings are not allowed at any Sand `N Sea vacation homes.
