Newly constructed (2022), you’ll fall in love with Bay Breeze during your next dose of island time! 2 decks, great bay views, a contemporary interior and more are sure to make this dog friendly vacation rental a new family favorite.
Located at the end of a cul-de -sac only a few blocks from the beach, Bay Breeze is full of touches all designed to welcome you to sit back, relax, and soak in the fresh island air. The living area has a modern color palette with nautical touches and comfortable sofas that invite you sit and stay a while.
Just around the corner you’ll find the kitchen, dining area, half bath and access to the large rear deck. The kitchen features a unique tiled backsplash, stainless steel appliances, and bright white cabinets full of all the pots, pans, utensils, glasses and dishes you’ll need to prepare and serve family meals. The nearby dining table seats 8, and there’s a bar height table on the deck that seats 4. Dine al fresco or just relax and watch the birds over the bay from your choice of assorted outdoor seating.
Head upstairs to access all 3 bedrooms. The primary king suite has a ceiling fan and an en suite bath with a large walk-in shower plus double vanities. Down the hall there’s a queen bedroom and a bunk room that sleeps up to 4. The full bath off the hall has a shower/tub combo.
The ground level patio is also nicely equipped. Seating areas, a bar that’s perfect for serving snacks or stowing your cooler, and an enclosed outdoor shower all make island life a little more enjoyable.

PROPERTY CARE & HOUSEKEEPING
All Sand `N Sea Properties are non-smoking.
Our Housekeeping and Inspecting teams take care of preparing each home before every guest. They follow current CDC and Vacation Rental Housekeeping Professionals (VRHP) guidelines.
Sheets & bath towels are included with every reservation. Standard beds will already be made, ready for your arrival.
We want to help get your trip off to an easy start, so all homes include a set of starter supplies: a roll of toilet paper for each bathroom, dishwashing soap, and shampoo, conditioner, lotion and hand soap for the bathrooms.
GOOD NEIGHBOR POLICY
Sand `N Sea works very hard to promote a quiet atmosphere for the enjoyment of our guests and our West End Galveston neighbors. Sand `N Sea does not allow weddings, graduation, prom or other parties/events at this home. At the broker's discretion, a refundable security deposit may be required before finalizing any reservation. More information about all of the policies can be found in the “Rental Agreement” on the checkout page.
