All three bedrooms are conveniently located on the main level. The large primary suite boasts Gulf views from the king bed and a fully updated en suite bath with a double vanity and custom tiled walk-in shower with a built-in seat. The bunk bedroom sleeps up to 4 with a pyramid bunk and pull-out trundle bed, plus an en suite full bath. Down the hall you’ll find the queen bedroom and another full bath.
While the private bedrooms are sure to provide a great night's sleep, the real draw of this beachside Galveston vacation rental is the large, partially covered deck that wraps around three sides of the home. PROPERTY CARE & HOUSEKEEPING
All Sand `N Sea Properties are non-smoking.
Our Housekeeping and Inspecting teams take care of preparing each home before every guest. They follow current CDC and Vacation Rental Housekeeping Professionals (VRHP) guidelines.
Sheets & bath towels are included with every reservation. Standard beds will already be made, ready for your arrival. Bunk beds and sleeper sofas will have a freshly laundered linen bundle available for your use.
We want to help get your trip off to an easy start, so all homes include a set of starter supplies: a roll of toilet paper for each bathroom, dishwashing soap, and shampoo, conditioner, lotion and hand soap for the bathrooms.
GOOD NEIGHBOR POLICY
Sand 'N Sea Properties is committed to good neighbor policies that provide the best experience possible for our vacation rental guests and our island neighbors. We share neighborhood HOA policies & city ordinance information with each of our guests via our rental policies, text & email reminders, and our Guest Portal.
We welcome family groups and responsible adult guests where leaseholders are a minimum of 25 years of age. Parties, reunions, proms and other gatherings are not allowed at any Sand `N Sea vacation homes.
