The travel insurance and pet fee (if not traveling with your pup) are optional and can be removed during the reservation process.

Loved the views and location. We had 3 small children and had a few issues. Fan blades close to top bunk, missing smoke detector, dangling blind cords, kitchen knives all in reachable drawers, cable tv wires running on floor in front of fireplace. We didn’t feel that management vetted this house for child safety. There was mildew in bathrooms and black dust on air vents. With some attention to detail this house could be a winner! Just the two of us spent a pre-Easter week on the beach and we enjoyed our stay at Bed N Beach vaca rental. It was clean, the master bed suite was very comfortable with plenty of closet space, a nice large clean tub (and grout), vanity and cabinets. We took our own disposable cups, our own kitchen knives ( so I can't rate theirs) but most of the basic things you need are there including coffeemaker, waffle maker, basic blender, toaster, cutting board, mixing bowls. If you need a large, deep frying pan or really large serving bowl I suggest you bring your own. Ditto with chaises. The two queen beds did not feel comfortable to me but I didn_t try sleeping on them. The bed in the master was good. Paint appeared to be fresh throughout, nice hardwood floors.
