When it’s time to unwind, the bright & airy living area is the place to be. Lounge on the comfy leather couches or gather at your choice of 2 dining tables for family game nights. The fully-equipped kitchen features counter seating for 4, a coffee bar, double ovens and an electric cooktop. There are plenty of cabinets for beach snacks and generous counter space makes it easy to whip up late night snacks or prepare fresh Gulf seafood for your group of up to 12 guests.
The primary king suite is light and bright with plantation-style shutters that make it easy to sleep in on your vacation. The private en suite bath has a walk-in shower, soaking tub and double vanities. Two more main level king bedrooms share a Jack and Jill bath.
Upstairs, you’ll find the perfect retreat for the kids, teens or extended family. A second living area with beachy rattan furniture and a twin bed tucked into one of the dormers is perfect for playing games, watching movies or just escaping from kitchen duty. The upper level bedroom has 2 king beds plus a twin, and there’s a full bath (shower only) up there, as well.
When you’re only 4 houses from the beach access it’s easy to enjoy a morning stroll on the sand, or spend the day playing in the sand and surf. The ground level patio has an outdoor shower for convenient washing up, plus a charcoal grill to prepare you fresh catch. Get ready to make lifelong memories at this island oasis!

PROPERTY CARE & HOUSEKEEPING
All Sand `N Sea Properties are non-smoking.
Our Housekeeping and Inspecting teams take care of preparing each home before every guest. They follow current CDC and Vacation Rental Housekeeping Professionals (VRHP) guidelines.
Sheets & bath towels are included with every reservation. Standard beds will already be made, ready for your arrival. Bunk beds and sleeper sofas will have a freshly laundered linen bundle available for your use.
We want to help get your trip off to an easy start, so all homes include a set of starter supplies: a roll of toilet paper for each bathroom, dishwashing soap, and shampoo, conditioner, lotion and hand soap for the bathrooms.
GOOD NEIGHBOR POLICY
Sand 'N Sea Properties is committed to good neighbor policies that provide the best experience possible for our vacation rental guests and our island neighbors. We share neighborhood HOA policies & city ordinance information with each of our guests via our rental policies, text & email reminders, and our Guest Portal.
We welcome family groups and responsible adult guests where leaseholders are a minimum of 25 years of age. Parties, reunions, proms and other gatherings are not allowed at any Sand `N Sea vacation homes.
