As soon as you step foot inside this perfectly appointed beach house, you’ll feel yourself start to relax. The open floor plan provides plenty of space for your whole group to gather and make new memories together. Overstuffed couches and side chairs provide a comfortable area to reminisce about vacation from years past, catch up after time apart, enjoy a movie marathon with your favorite snacks.
Speaking of snacks – whipping up your family’s favorites is easy in the fully equipped kitchen. Crisp white cabinets hold all the pots, pans, utensils, dishes & glassware you’ll need for meals together. Family chefs will appreciate the double ovens, gas range, large refrigerator, wine refrigerator, and abundant counter space for prep or serving casual buffet-style meals. The large dining table easily seats 8, and 4 more guests can pull up to the nearby island.
The main level also houses the primary king bedroom suite with a walk-in shower and its own private covered deck. A half bath and laundry room are just off the hall. Upstairs you’ll find 4 more bedrooms. Both king bedrooms have private en suite bathrooms with showers, and both open out onto the larger covered deck. Down the hall there’s a twin bunk room with private en suite bath (shower/tub combo), as well as a queen pyramid bunk room with a private deck.
All 4 decks and the ground level patio have a great assortment of outdoor furniture, perfect for spending hours in the sun or shade. The patio also boasts a charcoal grill and outdoor shower that’s ideal for rinsing off the salt & sand from the nearby beach.

In-town attractions are an easy, short drive away – The Galveston Island Historic Pleasure Pier, Moody Gardens, Schlitterbahn Waterpark, Historic Downtown Galveston, the Tall Ship Elissa at Pier 23, and many others.
PROPERTY CARE & HOUSEKEEPING
All Sand `N Sea Properties are non-smoking.
Our Housekeeping and Inspecting teams take care of preparing each home before every guest. They follow current CDC and Vacation Rental Housekeeping Professionals (VRHP) guidelines.
Sheets & bath towels are included with every reservation. Standard beds will already be made, ready for your arrival. Bunk beds and sleeper sofas will have a freshly laundered linen bundle available for your use.
We want to help get your trip off to an easy start, so all homes include a set of starter supplies: a roll of toilet paper for each bathroom, dishwashing soap, and shampoo, conditioner, lotion and hand soap for the bathrooms.
GOOD NEIGHBOR POLICY
Sand 'N Sea Properties is committed to good neighbor policies that provide the best experience possible for our vacation rental guests and our island neighbors. We share neighborhood HOA policies & city ordinance information with each of our guests via our rental policies, text & email reminders, and our Guest Portal.
We welcome family groups and responsible adult guests where leaseholders are a minimum of 25 years of age. Parties, reunions, proms and other gatherings are not allowed at any Sand `N Sea vacation homes.
