Gather with your friends or family in the bright and airy living room. The wall of windows showcase the front row Gulf views and lights up the entire home. Plush, comfortable furnishings in the living area are perfect for lounging.
Cook up memories together in the spacious chef’s kitchen. The full size side-by-side refrigerator and freezer easily hold beach snacks plus all the ingredients for delicious meals. The large island is perfect for prep and has seating for 5 while the nearby buffet-style counter is ideal for serving meals. Snacks and drinks are easily prepared at the wet bar area with a wine refrigerator. Gather at the large table that seats 10, or head to the nearby deck to dine al fresco at your choice of 2 outdoor tables, complete with Gulf breezes and sunshine.
No need to haul your luggage up flights of stairs - the convenient residential elevator stops at all levels and makes it easy to drop off your belongings. The first primary king suite is on the main level and features direct deck access, a window seat, and a walk-in shower. The second primary king suite is tucked away on the upper level and boasts a clawfoot tub and separate walk-in shower. Just outside that room’s double sliding doors you’ll find the upper deck’s private hot tub. Three private queen bedrooms are nearby, with deck access and private en suite baths (showers only). The young (and young at heart!) members of your group will love the bunk bedroom with custom built-in pyramid bunks and a window seat.
The deck is adorned with resort style furniture and a private hot tub graces the covered upper deck. When you’re ready to hit the sand, the beach is just steps away over the neighborhood dune walkover. Pack your beach cart, and get ready for a getaway you and your loved ones will always remember!

PROPERTY CARE & HOUSEKEEPING
All Sand `N Sea Properties are non-smoking.
Our Housekeeping and Inspecting teams take care of preparing each home before every guest. They follow current CDC and Vacation Rental Housekeeping Professionals (VRHP) guidelines.
Sheets & bath towels are included with every reservation. Standard beds will already be made, ready for your arrival. Bunk beds and sleeper sofas will have a freshly laundered linen bundle available for your use.
We want to help get your trip off to an easy start, so all homes include a set of starter supplies: a roll of toilet paper for each bathroom, dishwashing soap, and shampoo, conditioner, lotion and hand soap for the bathrooms.
GOOD NEIGHBOR POLICY
Sand 'N Sea Properties is committed to good neighbor policies that provide the best experience possible for our vacation rental guests and our island neighbors. We share neighborhood HOA policies & city ordinance information with each of our guests via our rental policies, text & email reminders, and our Guest Portal.
We welcome family groups and responsible adult guests where leaseholders are a minimum of 25 years of age. Parties, reunions, proms and other gatherings are not allowed at any Sand `N Sea vacation homes.
