At the broker's discretion, a cash security deposit may be required.

The Total Rate includes all applicable taxes, standard fees, travel insurance, pet fee (if property is pet-friendly) and a non-refundable $50 Reservation Fee. Linens and towels are also included, and standard beds are made for your arrival. The travel insurance and pet fee (if not traveling with your pup) are optional and can be removed during the reservation process.

"Very comfortable sleeping and living areas. The kitchen needed a few more things. We had to go buy a can opener. The den TV does not have a DVD player and we had brought movies to watch knowing there was rain in the forecast. The TV and reception from satellite was excellent. We would definitely return to this beach house. "

"The only negative I have to say is that the kitchen was very sparsely equipped (like no can opener, wine opener, etc). We had to call Sand n Sea for a blender and BBQ pit, which are supposed to be standard equipment in every rental home. Other than that, the home was wonderful!"
