In the open living area, you’ll find high ceilings, walls of windows, cozy seating, a TV and a layout that’s perfect for preparing and enjoying meals together. The dining table easily seats 4, and there’s room for 2 more at the nearby island. You’ll find all the dishes, utensils, pots, pans & glasses you need for your family chef tucked away in the cabinets.
Three private bedrooms let everyone have their own space. The primary king suite features a king size bed, recliner, and luxurious en suite bath with a seat & grab bar in the walk-in shower. Down the hall, the queen bedroom has classic wicker detailing and a bench for easy luggage management. The third bedroom boasts 2 twin beds, a twin trundle, built-in clothing storage, and a tall dresser that’s ideal for making yourself right at home. The guest bath in the hall features convenient cubbies to help keep everyone’s toiletries organized.
You’ll love spending hours on the deep, partially covered deck. A wide assortment of outdoor seating plus a patio dining set gives your group lots of space to spread out. BBQ on the ground level patio or rinse off in the enclosed outdoor shower after a day of fun in the salt, sand & surf. In-town attractions are an easy, short drive away – The Galveston Island Historic Pleasure Pier, Moody Gardens, Schlitterbahn Waterpark, Historic Downtown Galveston, the Tall Ship Elissa at Pier 23, and many others.
PROPERTY CARE & HOUSEKEEPING
All Sand `N Sea Properties are non-smoking.
Our Housekeeping and Inspecting teams take care of preparing each home before every guest. They follow current CDC and Vacation Rental Housekeeping Professionals (VRHP) guidelines.
Sheets & bath towels are included with every reservation. Standard beds will already be made, ready for your arrival.
We want to help get your trip off to an easy start, so all homes include a set of starter supplies: a roll of toilet paper for each bathroom, dishwashing soap, and shampoo, conditioner, lotion and hand soap for the bathrooms.
GOOD NEIGHBOR POLICY
Sand `N Sea works very hard to promote a quiet atmosphere for the enjoyment of our guests and our West End Galveston neighbors. Sand `N Sea does not allow weddings, graduation, prom or other parties/events at this home. At the broker's discretion, a refundable security deposit may be required before finalizing any reservation. More information about all of the policies can be found in the “Rental Agreement” on the checkout page.
