Down the hall you’ll find a pyramid bunk room with a pullout trundle bed, perfect for the kids and teens. The main level has 2 more bedrooms, each with a comfortable queen bed, plus a closet with full size washer and dryer!
The beach is only steps away down the cleared path. Stroll down to the sand, and get ready for a day in the water. Finish off your day with a soak in the patio hot tub, or grill your fresh catch while you watch the sunset over the water. Your VIPs (Very Important Pets) even have their own space to run around with the fenced side yard.

PROPERTY CARE & HOUSEKEEPING
All Sand `N Sea Properties are non-smoking.
Our Housekeeping and Inspecting teams take care of preparing each home before every guest. They follow current CDC and Vacation Rental Housekeeping Professionals (VRHP) guidelines.
Sheets & bath towels are included with every reservation. Standard beds will already be made, ready for your arrival. Bunk beds and sleeper sofas will have a freshly laundered linen bundle available for your use.
We want to help get your trip off to an easy start, so all homes include a set of starter supplies: a roll of toilet paper for each bathroom, dishwashing soap, and shampoo, conditioner, lotion and hand soap for the bathrooms.
GOOD NEIGHBOR POLICY
Sand 'N Sea Properties is committed to good neighbor policies that provide the best experience possible for our vacation rental guests and our island neighbors. We share neighborhood HOA policies & city ordinance information with each of our guests via our rental policies, text & email reminders, and our Guest Portal.
We welcome family groups and responsible adult guests where leaseholders are a minimum of 25 years of age. Parties, reunions, proms and other gatherings are not allowed at any Sand `N Sea vacation homes.
