The open living area is framed by a wall of floor-to-ceiling windows that overlook swaying palm trees, a refreshing shallow-entry pool & the gorgeous Gulf of Mexico. Bright pops of citrus colors bring the tropical feeling inside. Comfortable furnishings include a deep couch perfect for lounging, and 2 upholstered armchairs. There’s also a long desk that can double as a dining space.
The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for serving meals, snacks, or late-night dessert bars. Pull up one of 4 bar stools to chat with your family’s chef while they make all of your vacation favorites. You’ll find all the pots, pans, dishes, glassware & silverware you need.
3 private bedrooms allow everyone to sleep in as late as they’d like. The king-sized primary suite is classic island style with a rattan headboard, side chair, and fresh green color palette. It also has a private full bathroom with walk-in shower and double vanity. Down the hall is a queen bedroom and twin bunk with a pull-out trundle bed. The convenient stacked washer/dryer units are tucked away in the hall bath closet.

In-town attractions are an easy, short drive away – The Galveston Island Historic Pleasure Pier, Moody Gardens, Schlitterbahn Waterpark, Historic Downtown Galveston, the Tall Ship Elissa at Pier 23, and many others.
PROPERTY CARE & HOUSEKEEPING
All Sand `N Sea Properties are non-smoking.
Our Housekeeping and Inspecting teams take care of preparing each home before every guest. They follow current CDC and Vacation Rental Housekeeping Professionals (VRHP) guidelines.
Sheets & bath towels are included with every reservation. Standard beds will already be made, ready for your arrival. Bunk beds and sleeper sofas will have a freshly laundered linen bundle available for your use.
We want to help get your trip off to an easy start, so all homes include a set of starter supplies: a roll of toilet paper for each bathroom, dishwashing soap, and shampoo, conditioner, lotion and hand soap for the bathrooms.
GOOD NEIGHBOR POLICY
Sand 'N Sea Properties is committed to good neighbor policies that provide the best experience possible for our vacation rental guests and our island neighbors. We share neighborhood HOA policies & city ordinance information with each of our guests via our rental policies, text & email reminders, and our Guest Portal.
We welcome family groups and responsible adult guests where leaseholders are a minimum of 25 years of age. Parties, reunions, proms and other gatherings are not allowed at any Sand `N Sea vacation homes.
