It’s time for a Dock Holiday! With 2 levels of decks and 4 comfortable bedrooms, this Pirates Beach home is the perfect place to relax and spend quality time together with your favorite people. The open floor plan and short walk to the beach makes it ideal for family trips or group getaways, all year long.
Inside, the wall of windows, high ceilings and nautical color palette create a bright and airy living area. The living room has plenty of comfortable furnishings, perfect for movie or game nights. Prepare family feasts in the fully-equipped kitchen, or easily serve takeout from one of Galveston’s delicious local restaurants. The dining table seats 6, and the breakfast bar seats 3, so meals together are a breeze.
Upstairs, the primary king suite has a private covered deck, en suite bathroom with double vanity, and a large closet. A cozy twin bedroom is just down the hall. Back on the main level, you’ll find a comfortable queen bedroom, and a fourth bedroom with full and twin size beds. The full size washer and dryer are conveniently in the hall closet on the main level, across from a full bath.
Do you hear the waves calling? Pack up your beach cart and enjoy a short walk through the neighborhood to sun, sand, and surf. After a day out on the beach, cleaning up is easy with the patio-level outdoor shower. Finish the night off with a family barbeque over the charcoal grill, and reminisce about another amazing vacation day!

PROPERTY CARE & HOUSEKEEPING
All Sand `N Sea Properties are non-smoking.
Our Housekeeping and Inspecting teams take care of preparing each home before every guest. They follow current CDC and Vacation Rental Housekeeping Professionals (VRHP) guidelines.
Sheets & bath towels are included with every reservation. Standard beds will already be made, ready for your arrival. Bunk beds and sleeper sofas will have a freshly laundered linen bundle available for your use.
We want to help get your trip off to an easy start, so all homes include a set of starter supplies: a roll of toilet paper for each bathroom, dishwashing soap, and shampoo, conditioner, lotion and hand soap for the bathrooms.
GOOD NEIGHBOR POLICY
Sand 'N Sea Properties is committed to good neighbor policies that provide the best experience possible for our vacation rental guests and our island neighbors. We share neighborhood HOA policies & city ordinance information with each of our guests via our rental policies, text & email reminders, and our Guest Portal.
We welcome family groups and responsible adult guests where leaseholders are a minimum of 25 years of age. Parties, reunions, proms and other gatherings are not allowed at any Sand `N Sea vacation homes.
