The tall ceilings, wall of windows, open floor plan, and relaxing color palette invite you to settle in. You’ll find a comfy sleeper sofa and side chairs in the living area, and a table that easily accommodates 6 in the dining area, as well as a bench that’s perfect for reading or holding your beach bag for easy pick up.
The fully equipped kitchen boasts a breakfast bar for casual dining or serving family meals. It also has a full size refrigerator, stove, coffee maker, and all of the pots, pans, bakeware, plates, cups, and utensils you’ll need to keep your budget low during your trip.
Down the hall you’ll find both bedrooms and the full bath, with a walk-in shower. The king bedroom has a TV and unique wood bed, and the queen bedroom features a TV and a classic metal bed. Claim your private bedroom, drop off your luggage, and then head back outside to the large deck to see your water view.
The large deck extends out over the boat house, letting you cast a line right from your deck chair! A mix of outdoor furniture is sure to keep everyone happy in the sunshine. Head back down to the ground level and you’ll find an enclosed area with the washer & dryer, and a convenient half bath. There’s also a shaded patio with a charcoal BBQ and picnic table perfect for preparing & enjoying your catch of the day.

LOCAL & LOVING IT
We are here to help! Our brick-and-mortar office is right at the entrance to Pirates Beach and is open from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. every day. Property Services is available for guests 24/7, and their direct number will be provided at check-in.

On the West End, you’ll find miles and miles of beaches, birding sanctuaries, boat ramps, great fishing spots (beaches, bay & canal) as well as restaurants, groceries, gas and banking.
In-town attractions are an easy, short drive away – The Galveston Island Historic Pleasure Pier, Moody Gardens, Schlitterbahn Waterpark, Historic Downtown Galveston, the Tall Ship Elissa at Pier 23, and many others.
PROPERTY CARE & HOUSEKEEPING
All Sand `N Sea Properties are non-smoking.
Our Housekeeping and Inspecting teams take care of preparing each home before every guest. They follow current CDC and Vacation Rental Housekeeping Professionals (VRHP) guidelines.
Sheets & bath towels are included with every reservation. Standard beds will already be made, ready for your arrival.
We want to help get your trip off to an easy start, so all homes include a set of starter supplies: a roll of toilet paper for each bathroom, dishwashing soap, and shampoo, conditioner, lotion and hand soap for the bathrooms.
GOOD NEIGHBOR POLICY
Sand `N Sea works very hard to promote a quiet atmosphere for the enjoyment of our guests and our West End Galveston neighbors. Sand `N Sea does not allow weddings, graduation, prom or other parties/events at this home. At the broker's discretion, a refundable security deposit may be required before finalizing any reservation.
