The chef’s kitchen boasts double ovens, a gas range and a large island perfect for serving or seating.

This well-appointed beachside home has some great perks. Each bedroom opens directly out onto a deck, perfect for morning coffee. Plus, the 2 king primary suites (one upstairs, one on the main level) both have a private en suite bathrooms, complete with a soaking tub and walk-in shower. Upstairs, there are also two pyramid bunk bedrooms, ideal for teens or small families. You’ll find a laundry room with a full size washer & dryer on the main level, too, right next to the half bath in the hall.

Beach access is a short neighborhood walk away, so grab your flip flops & beach toys and get ready to have some fun in the sun. Wash off the salt and sand with the convenient outdoor shower, and spend together on the finished ground level patio. Play friendly games of ping pong or grill up your fresh catch on the charcoal grill!

On the West End, you’ll find miles and miles of beaches, birding sanctuaries, boat ramps, great fishing spots (beaches, bay & canal) as well as restaurants, groceries, gas and banking.

In-town attractions are an easy, short drive away – The Galveston Island Historic Pleasure Pier, Moody Gardens, Schlitterbahn Waterpark, Historic Downtown Galveston, the Tall Ship Elissa at Pier 23, and many others.

PROPERTY CARE & HOUSEKEEPING
All Sand `N Sea Properties are non-smoking.

Our Housekeeping and Inspecting teams take care of preparing each home before every guest. They follow current CDC and Vacation Rental Housekeeping Professionals (VRHP) guidelines.

Sheets & bath towels are included with every reservation. Standard beds will already be made, ready for your arrival. Bunk beds and sleeper sofas will have a freshly laundered linen bundle available for your use.

We want to help get your trip off to an easy start, so all homes include a set of starter supplies: a roll of toilet paper for each bathroom, dishwashing soap, and shampoo, conditioner, lotion and hand soap for the bathrooms.

GOOD NEIGHBOR POLICY
Sand 'N Sea Properties is committed to good neighbor policies that provide the best experience possible for our vacation rental guests and our island neighbors. We share neighborhood HOA policies & city ordinance information with each of our guests via our rental policies, text & email reminders, and our Guest Portal.

We welcome family groups and responsible adult guests where leaseholders are a minimum of 25 years of age. Parties, reunions, proms and other gatherings are not allowed at any Sand `N Sea vacation homes.
