The kitchen overlooks both areas, which means the family chef won’t miss any of the fun. Fully-equipped with pots, pans, utensils, and a breakfast bar large enough to seat 6, the update kitchen has everything you need to make mealtimes stress-free.

On the main level, the primary suite boasts a king bed, closet and full bath that is also accessible from the living area. A second bedroom with a queen bed is also located on the main level. Downstairs on the ground level, you’ll find the third bedroom, full bath, and laundry room. Teens will love this area with a private entrance, TV and separate AC.

Outside, your furry friends will feel right at home in the fenced yard. Lounge on the shaded patio, grill some Texan steaks or fresh Gulf seafood, and dine al fresco on the picnic table. 

The nearby beach is just 4 houses away, so get ready for fun in the sun! As an added bonus, the nearby Jamaica Beach pool (seasonal) is available to the public with a daily fee. Get ready for a magical vacation to remember!

PARKING & BEACH ACCESS
Parking is available for up to 4 vehicles in the private driveway of this home. Per HOA rules, street parking is not allowed. 

Beach access is available at either the end of Beachcomber Drive. Foot traffic and wagons for beach gear are allowed on the cleared path. Motorized vehicles (including UTVs and golf carts) are not allowed to use these paths.

We are here to help! Our office is right at the entrance to Pirates Beach and is open from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. every day. Our Property Services team is available for guests 24/7, so be sure to call us if there’s anything you need!

On the West End, you’ll find miles and miles of beaches, birding sanctuaries, boat ramps, great fishing spots (beaches, bay & canal) as well as restaurants, groceries, gas and banking.

In-town attractions are an easy, short drive away – The Galveston Island Historic Pleasure Pier, Moody Gardens, Schlitterbahn Waterpark, Historic Downtown Galveston, the Tall Ship Elissa at Pier 23, and many others.

PROPERTY CARE & HOUSEKEEPING
All Sand `N Sea Properties are non-smoking.

Our Housekeeping and Inspecting teams take care of preparing each home before every guest. They follow current CDC and Vacation Rental Housekeeping Professionals (VRHP) guidelines.

Sheets & bath towels are included with every reservation. Standard beds will already be made, ready for your arrival. Bunk beds and sleeper sofas will have a freshly laundered linen bundle available for your use.

We want to help get your trip off to an easy start, so all homes include a set of starter supplies: a roll of toilet paper for each bathroom, dishwashing soap, and shampoo, conditioner, lotion and hand soap for the bathrooms.

GOOD NEIGHBOR POLICY
Sand 'N Sea Properties is committed to good neighbor policies that provide the best experience possible for our vacation rental guests and our island neighbors. We share neighborhood HOA policies & city ordinance information with each of our guests via our rental policies, text & email reminders, and our Guest Portal.

We welcome family groups and responsible adult guests where leaseholders are a minimum of 25 years of age. Parties, reunions, proms and other gatherings are not allowed at any Sand `N Sea vacation homes.
