The double private drive makes parking easy while two staircases are great for unloading your beach trip essentials. Head upstairs, step inside, and you’ll be greeted by a contemporary interior with comfortable sofas, open living spaces and plenty of space for everyone to spread and out and enjoy island time.
The eat-in chef’s kitchen boasts a bar height table that seats 6, plus additional seating at the breakfast bar. A refreshing blue mosaic backsplash accents the island, updated glass front cabinets, and abundant counterspace. Lots of space for all the family chefs to be in the kitchen together. Just past the butler’s pantry, you’ll find the formal dining area, with a table that easily seats 8. Split up the kids & adults or change up groupings for each meal to give everyone a chance to catch up. The main level also features a king suite with deck access and en suite bath (shower only), plus a soothing turquoise bedroom with 2 queen beds and a full bath off the hall.
Upstairs, you’ll find a second living area with a sectional sofa & recliners, perfect for game day or move night. There’s also a huge primary suite, complete with king bed, twin daybed, seating area, deck access, and en suite bath with dual vanities, soaking tub and walk-in shower. Another bedroom with 2 queen beds and the bunk bedroom are just around the corner. The hall bath includes a full-size washer & dryer, perfect for freshening up beach towels or other laundry mid-week.
The home’s interior is welcoming, but we’re willing to bet you’ll find most of your memories are made out on the huge, partially covered deck. Soak in the sun from the loungers, or sip your coffee in the shaded conversation area.

PROPERTY CARE & HOUSEKEEPING
All Sand `N Sea Properties are non-smoking.
Our Housekeeping and Inspecting teams take care of preparing each home before every guest. They follow current CDC and Vacation Rental Housekeeping Professionals (VRHP) guidelines.
Sheets & bath towels are included with every reservation. Standard beds will already be made, ready for your arrival. Bunk beds and sleeper sofas will have a freshly laundered linen bundle available for your use.
We want to help get your trip off to an easy start, so all homes include a set of starter supplies: a roll of toilet paper for each bathroom, dishwashing soap, and shampoo, conditioner, lotion and hand soap for the bathrooms.
GOOD NEIGHBOR POLICY
Sand 'N Sea Properties is committed to good neighbor policies that provide the best experience possible for our vacation rental guests and our island neighbors. We share neighborhood HOA policies & city ordinance information with each of our guests via our rental policies, text & email reminders, and our Guest Portal.
We welcome family groups and responsible adult guests where leaseholders are a minimum of 25 years of age. Parties, reunions, proms and other gatherings are not allowed at any Sand `N Sea vacation homes.
