The Total Rate includes all applicable taxes, standard fees, travel insurance, pet fee (if property is pet-friendly) and a non-refundable $50 Reservation Fee. Linens and towels are also included, and standard beds are made for your arrival. The travel insurance and pet fee (if not traveling with your pup) are optional and can be removed during the reservation process.

"This is our 2nd year to stay at Flamingo Shores.It is a awesome home that we got to share with our 4 generations. Everyone had their own comfortable space. When I didn't think it could get any better...Surprise,the new decor and upgrades are fabulous! I tend to bring a lot of kitchen equipment from home,but it is not necessary...this kitchen is fully stocked with extras! The balconies are so relaxing with the ocean air.We brought a wagon to load all beach chairs,toys,etc so the walk over to the beach was very convienant....We will be back!!"

"This property has been recently renovated and the changes are wonderful: new wood floors everywhere, new furniture to seat everyone both big and small, baby gates on back and front steps are a godsend for those of us with small ones and the bed setup is so comfortable for all the couples in our large family. It is a beautiful home and we appreciate being allowed to borrow it for a week in order to spend time together. Thank you so much for the privilege."

excellent property. Especially for a family with more adults than children. The beaches are clean. The Pointe West Resort Club staff is friendly and accommodating. There is so much to do right there at PW. Their pool-side restaurant and bar at the large pool, and snack bar at the Lazy River, was so nice for adults & children. I loved the location. Kept us all together where we could enjoy each other. We recommend Waterman's Restaurant & Bar for a lovely sunset dinner. Sand N Sea did a good job for us.

"This property easily accommodated a large family ranging in ages 6 to 81. We had 12 people and all were comfortable. The views are breathtaking and the kitchen was perfect for cooking and visiting. It was so close to the beach and to the Pointe West pools that everyone was happy. We loved it and would rent there again. "

"This is a beautiful property with gorgeous views and very close to the beach and to a pool. The spacious porch, which offers stunning Gulf views in front and bay views in the back, was a favorite place to drink coffee in the morning and for relaxing gatherings. The kitchen is spacious and the rooms are comfortable. It's a perfect place for a family getaway. "
