The Total Rate includes all applicable taxes, standard fees, travel insurance, pet fee (if property is pet-friendly) and a non-refundable $50 Reservation Fee. Linens and towels are also included, and standard beds are made for your arrival. The travel insurance and pet fee (if not traveling with your pup) are optional and can be removed during the reservation process.

"This property is fantastic for a large extended family. The dining table with a view of the beach was a favorite gathering spot for us. It was great to be able to all sit down together at mealtime. The 3 couches gave everyone places to relax, and the beds were very comfortable. We also appreciated the well equipped kitchen with enough plates, cups, and silverware for at least 16. We loved the easy access to the beach. Bonus: we never ran out of hot water , even when everyone took showers at the end of the day! We will definitely rent this property again."

"Our extended family of 12 had a wonderful time at Freedom. The close proximity to the beach was most definitely the biggest plus. Everyone's favorite moments were sitting on the wide front deck in the morning and evenings. Underneath the house was perfect for relaxing and visiting when not at the beach. Everyone had a place to sleep, eat, and just hang out inside of the house. Three bathrooms was also a huge bonus. I would definitely recommend and plan on staying in this house again."
