A few steps will take you into the dining area & kitchen. A large dining table easily seats up to 8 with a mix of bench and chair seating. The breakfast bar accommodates another 4 hungry guests, so everyone can enjoy meals together. Your group’s chef will appreciate the ample counter space, and cupboards full of all the pots, pans, dishes, glassware, and more that you need for delicious home-cooked meals. Whether you're enjoying a quick breakfast at the breakfast bar or gathering around the dining table for a leisurely family dinner, this space is perfect for creating lasting memories.
Three private bedrooms offer peaceful retreats for a restful night's sleep. The master bedroom features a lavish king-size bed, great Gulf views from the private deck, and a corner desk. It’s a serene oasis where you can recharge your batteries, complete with an en suite bath with a rainfall shower head & bench with grab bar in the walk-in shower. The second bedroom is a queen bunk room with front row Gulf views from the moment you open your eyes. It has plenty of space for the little ones or families, a desk perfect for homework or puzzles, and en suite full bath with a tub/shower combo. The third bedroom has a bunk bed with a queen on the bottom and full up top, plus a desk and dresser.
The highlight of this vacation rental is definitely the breathtaking views of the Gulf. Step outside onto the spacious deck for hours of enjoyment. PROPERTY CARE & HOUSEKEEPING
All Sand `N Sea Properties are non-smoking.
Our Housekeeping and Inspecting teams take care of preparing each home before every guest. They follow current CDC and Vacation Rental Housekeeping Professionals (VRHP) guidelines.
Sheets & bath towels are included with every reservation. Standard beds will already be made, ready for your arrival. Bunk beds and sleeper sofas will have a freshly laundered linen bundle available for your use.
We want to help get your trip off to an easy start, so all homes include a set of starter supplies: a roll of toilet paper for each bathroom, dishwashing soap, and shampoo, conditioner, lotion and hand soap for the bathrooms.
GOOD NEIGHBOR POLICY
Sand 'N Sea Properties is committed to good neighbor policies that provide the best experience possible for our vacation rental guests and our island neighbors. We share neighborhood HOA policies & city ordinance information with each of our guests via our rental policies, text & email reminders, and our Guest Portal.
We welcome family groups and responsible adult guests where leaseholders are a minimum of 25 years of age. Parties, reunions, proms and other gatherings are not allowed at any Sand `N Sea vacation homes.
