From the moment you pull into the private driveway, grab your bags, and head upstairs to get settled into your home-away-from-home, you’ll know you picked the right place. The bright & airy open living area welcomes you with several comfortable sofas, conveniently gathered around the TV. Catch your favorite sports team or enjoy a family movie night together.
The nearby kitchen is a chef’s dream with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and all the pots, pans, small appliances, and servingware you need. The dining table seats 8 while the breakfast bar seats 4, and there’s another counter area that’s ideal for serving up snacks, drinks, or your family’s favorite dishes.
Spending time together is one of the best parts of vacation, but you’ll want your own space to rest & recharge for another day of fun. All 3 private bedrooms are perfectly equipped for an evening of rest. Tucked away upstairs, the primary suite features a king bed, loveseat, and en suite bath with a large walk-in shower, double vanities and coffee bar area. Back on the main level, the other bedrooms both feature a queen bed plus a twin bunk, perfect for small families. You’ll find a full bath between these two bedrooms, and a half bath just around the corner from the laundry room that’s off the kitchen.
After a day of exploring the sand & surf you’ll love the convenient outdoor shower. Rinse off, then gather for a bbq on the patio. Cook some simple burgers on the charcoal grill or grab some fresh Gulf seafood from one of Galveston’s markets for a real treat. Nothing tastes quite as good as fresh grilled food after a hard day of play in the sun!

On the West End, you’ll find miles and miles of beaches, birding sanctuaries, boat ramps, great fishing spots (beaches, bay & canal) as well as restaurants, groceries, gas and banking.
In-town attractions are an easy, short drive away – The Galveston Island Historic Pleasure Pier, Moody Gardens, Schlitterbahn Waterpark, Historic Downtown Galveston, the Tall Ship Elissa at Pier 23, and many others.
PROPERTY CARE & HOUSEKEEPING
All Sand `N Sea Properties are non-smoking.
Our Housekeeping and Inspecting teams take care of preparing each home before every guest. They follow current CDC and Vacation Rental Housekeeping Professionals (VRHP) guidelines.
Sheets & bath towels are included with every reservation. Standard beds will already be made, ready for your arrival. Bunk beds and sleeper sofas will have a freshly laundered linen bundle available for your use.
We want to help get your trip off to an easy start, so all homes include a set of starter supplies: a roll of toilet paper for each bathroom, dishwashing soap, and shampoo, conditioner, lotion and hand soap for the bathrooms.
GOOD NEIGHBOR POLICY
Sand 'N Sea Properties is committed to good neighbor policies that provide the best experience possible for our vacation rental guests and our island neighbors. We share neighborhood HOA policies & city ordinance information with each of our guests via our rental policies, text & email reminders, and our Guest Portal.
We welcome family groups and responsible adult guests where leaseholders are a minimum of 25 years of age. Parties, reunions, proms and other gatherings are not allowed at any Sand `N Sea vacation homes.
