The Total Rate includes all applicable taxes, standard fees, travel insurance, pet fee (if property is pet-friendly) and a non-refundable $50 Reservation Fee. Linens and towels are also included, and standard beds are made for your arrival. The travel insurance and pet fee (if not traveling with your pup) are optional and can be removed during the reservation process.

"Kat’s Korner is a beautiful property and was very clean and comfortable for our family of 8. Because the rental property is fairly new, it was lacking in kitchen supplies and utensils- just the bare minimum, compared to other properties we have stayed in in past years. There wasn’t even a toaster, but Sand and Sea was very responsive and brought one to us within minutes of our call. The ice maker did not work for the duration of our stay and although we were told that maintenance would come out and work on it, they did not show up. Again the management delivered a bag of ice to us to make up for the problem. The property is a bit of a walk to the beach, but not too bad. We will probably rent a property a little closer next time because we have toddlers and elderly family members that had a harder time with the walk. The beds are comfortable and there is plenty of room for our family. The only other downside was the proximity to the highway so we did hear traffic noise- again not terrible, but we will probably choose a different location next time."

Spectacular Space, Marvelous Memories

"I spent the weekend with my teenage granddaughters and their friends at Kat's Korner. I loved having everything at our fingertips: the beach, restaurants, and shops for them to hang out. I also loved the fact that Kat's Korner is nestled in a gated community where we all felt safe. Great times were had in this beautiful beach house. "

"While away from home, you want to be happy. You want to be comfortable. You want to enjoy youself. You want the place where you are staying to meet your satisfaction. If you have children, you want something that is “kid-friendly”. Kat’s Korner met all those needs and some! My family and I enjoyed Kat’s Korner, especially my 3 year old. From the alluring ambience, expansion throughout the home and a washer/dryer in reach. The stay was highly impressive and pleasant. We will be back... SOON!"
