Located only 12 miles from the heart of Historic Downtown Galveston, this private rental beach house rental is sure to please everyone in your group. The wide driveway easily accommodates up to 4 vehicles to make unloading your suitcases & beach gear easy. The large ground level patio features an outdoor shower, picnic table, fish cleaning station, and charcoal grill – perfect after a day of fun on the beach.
Head upstairs and across the covered deck (there are 2 on the main level) before stepping inside this welcoming home-away-from-home. A sofa and two deep armchairs create the perfect environment for chatting with family & friends or enjoying a movie night together. The adjacent kitchen is fully equipped with all the pots, pans, dishes, drinkware & more that you’ll need to prepare family meals at any time of day. Seat 4 at the breakfast bar and 6-8 at the dining table with a mix of chairs & banquet seating.
On the upper level, you’ll find the huge primary suite. This relaxing getaway boasts a private covered deck and a large en suite bathroom with double vanities, a walk-in shower and soaking tub. There's also a cozy nook with a twin daybed that’s great for kids.
Back on the main level there’s a queen bedroom and a bunk bedroom that sleeps up to 3 on the pyramid bunk. Both bedrooms boast great closet space, so you can easily unpack your suitcase and settle right in.
Outside, you’ll find two covered decks on the main level, each with a good variety of outdoor seating options. Relax in the fresh Gulf breezes, catch up on your reading, or gather for morning coffee together while you listen to the shore birds. After all, the beach is only a few blocks away!

PROPERTY CARE & HOUSEKEEPING
All Sand `N Sea Properties are non-smoking.
Our Housekeeping and Inspecting teams take care of preparing each home before every guest. They follow current CDC and Vacation Rental Housekeeping Professionals (VRHP) guidelines.
Sheets & bath towels are included with every reservation. Standard beds will already be made, ready for your arrival. Bunk beds and sleeper sofas will have a freshly laundered linen bundle available for your use.
We want to help get your trip off to an easy start, so all homes include a set of starter supplies: a roll of toilet paper for each bathroom, dishwashing soap, and shampoo, conditioner, lotion and hand soap for the bathrooms.
GOOD NEIGHBOR POLICY
Sand 'N Sea Properties is committed to good neighbor policies that provide the best experience possible for our vacation rental guests and our island neighbors. We share neighborhood HOA policies & city ordinance information with each of our guests via our rental policies, text & email reminders, and our Guest Portal.
We welcome family groups and responsible adult guests where leaseholders are a minimum of 25 years of age. Parties, reunions, proms and other gatherings are not allowed at any Sand `N Sea vacation homes.
