Description

The wall of windows and airy open plan ensure there’s not a bad seat in the house! Watch the waves roll in while lounging on comfortable sofas or chatting with the family chefs as they prep dinner or beach snacks. The fully equipped kitchen has an island, double ovens, stainless steel apron sink, breakfast bar, separate wet bar, and abundant storage. Seat 4 at the breakfast bar or 8 at the dining table that overlooks the Gulf. 

After a day full of beach fun, there are plenty of private bedroom spaces to recuperate in before doing it all again. The primary king suite is on the upper level, with an en suite bathroom boasting a double vanity, soaking tub, and walk-in shower. The relaxing king bed faces two large windows, perfect for waking up to sunrises over the Gulf. Down the hall are two queen bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and a full-size washer and dryer. Back on the main level, you’ll find the queen/twin room and a bunk room with a sleeper sofa, great for the kids and teens. 

As comfortable as the interior is, we know you’ll love spending every possible minute outside. Soak in the Gulf breeze on the large, wrap-around deck. Plenty of outdoor furniture ensures everyone has a seat. When you’re ready to hit the waves, the beach is just steps away!

LOCAL & LOVING IT
We are here to help! Our brick-and-mortar office is right at the entrance to Pirates Beach and is open from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. every day. Property Services is available for guests 24/7, and their direct number will be provided at check-in.

ATTRACTIONS & ACTIVITIES
On the West End, you’ll find miles and miles of beaches, birding sanctuaries, boat ramps, great fishing spots (beaches, bay & canal) as well as restaurants, groceries, gas and banking. 

In-town attractions are an easy, short drive away – The Galveston Island Historic Pleasure Pier, Moody Gardens, Schlitterbahn Waterpark, Historic Downtown Galveston, the Tall Ship Elissa at Pier 23, and many others. 

PROPERTY CARE & HOUSEKEEPING
All Sand `N Sea Properties are non-smoking.  

Our Housekeeping and Inspecting teams take care of preparing each home before every guest. They follow current CDC and Vacation Rental Housekeeping Professionals (VRHP) guidelines.  

Sheets & bath towels are included with every reservation. Standard beds will already be made, ready for your arrival. 

We want to help get your trip off to an easy start, so all homes include a set of starter supplies: a roll of toilet paper for each bathroom, dishwashing soap, and shampoo, conditioner, lotion and hand soap for the bathrooms. 

GOOD NEIGHBOR POLICY
Sand `N Sea works very hard to promote a quiet atmosphere for the enjoyment of our guests and our West End Galveston neighbors. Sand `N Sea does not allow weddings, graduation, prom or other parties/events at this home. At the broker's discretion, a refundable security deposit may be required before finalizing any reservation.
