The wide, horseshoe driveway makes parking and unloading easy, and there’s plenty of covered patio space to accommodate your beach gear or golf cart. Tropical landscape adds to the oasis-like atmosphere.
Inside, the first thing you’ll notice is how bright & airy the common spaces feel. Walls of windows, recessed lighting, comfy overstuffed furniture, and a relaxing neutral color palette all welcome you to sit down, unwind, and catch up with your friends & family. The main living area has a large sectional sofa that is within easy conversational distance of the kitchen. The large dining table easily accommodates 8, and additional seating can be found at the breakfast bar or pub table.
Your family chefs will love the fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, double oven, and wine chiller. There’s plenty of storage space for groceries and beach snacks, and lots of counter space for everyone to help with prepping family meals.
Nearby, a second living area is perfect for movie nights and includes a pool table for those who enjoy a little competitive fun. This space opens out onto the deck, complete with a dining table and plenty of outdoor furniture.
The primary suite is tucked away upstairs for extra privacy. This escape boasts a sitting area, private deck, and en suite bath with a soaking tub and walk-in shower. Four bedrooms, including a second primary suite, are conveniently located on the main level. Each is equipped with comfortable beds, freshly laundered sheets, and room to unpack and make yourself at home.

PROPERTY CARE & HOUSEKEEPING
All Sand `N Sea Properties are non-smoking.
Our Housekeeping and Inspecting teams take care of preparing each home before every guest. They follow current CDC and Vacation Rental Housekeeping Professionals (VRHP) guidelines.
Sheets & bath towels are included with every reservation. Standard beds will already be made, ready for your arrival. Bunk beds and sleeper sofas will have a freshly laundered linen bundle available for your use.
We want to help get your trip off to an easy start, so all homes include a set of starter supplies: a roll of toilet paper for each bathroom, dishwashing soap, and shampoo, conditioner, lotion and hand soap for the bathrooms.
GOOD NEIGHBOR POLICY
Sand 'N Sea Properties is committed to good neighbor policies that provide the best experience possible for our vacation rental guests and our island neighbors. We share neighborhood HOA policies & city ordinance information with each of our guests via our rental policies, text & email reminders, and our Guest Portal.
We welcome family groups and responsible adult guests where leaseholders are a minimum of 25 years of age. Parties, reunions, proms and other gatherings are not allowed at any Sand `N Sea vacation homes.
