The sturdy bar-height table easily accommodates meals or an evening with your favorite cool beverage as you enjoy watching the sunset over the bay. Need a break from fun in the sun? Relax in the shaded area, or head to the ground level patio where you can grill up your fresh catch.
Inside, you’ll find charming shiplap walls, crisp white and navy décor, and comfortable furnishings. Two love seats and a cushy ottoman are the perfect spots for catching up with loved ones or enjoying a movie night. The open floor plan makes it easy for everyone to stay involved – including the family chef.
The fully equipped kitchen comes with all the pots, pans, utensils, dishware & glassware you’ll need, whether you’re keeping your trip budget-friendly with homemade meals or grabbing-and-going from one of Galveston’s delicious local restaurants. The dining table easily seats 6 and the breakfast bar accommodates another 3, and there’s plenty of storage space for your favorite snacks. The large primary suite easily fits the king size bed, TV and seating area. There’s also a desk for workcations or study sessions. The huge closet has plenty of room to unpack and make yourself at home, or as a cozy spot for your travel crib. The en suite full bath features a walk-in shower and lots of counter space. Parking is available for up to 4 vehicles in the private driveway of this home. Per HOA rules, street parking is not allowed.
LOCAL & LOVING IT
We are here to help! Our brick-and-mortar office is right at the entrance to Pirates Beach and is open from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. every day. Property Services is available for guests 24/7, and their direct number will be provided at check-in.

ATTRACTIONS & ACTIVITIES
On the West End, you’ll find miles and miles of beaches, birding sanctuaries, boat ramps, great fishing spots (beaches, bay & canal) as well as restaurants, groceries, gas and banking.
In-town attractions are an easy, short drive away – The Galveston Island Historic Pleasure Pier, Moody Gardens, Schlitterbahn Waterpark, Historic Downtown Galveston, the Tall Ship Elissa at Pier 23, and many others.
PROPERTY CARE & HOUSEKEEPING
All Sand `N Sea Properties are non-smoking.
Our Housekeeping and Inspecting teams take care of preparing each home before every guest. They follow current CDC and Vacation Rental Housekeeping Professionals (VRHP) guidelines.
Sheets & bath towels are included with every reservation. Standard beds will already be made, ready for your arrival.
We want to help get your trip off to an easy start, so all homes include a set of starter supplies: a roll of toilet paper for each bathroom, dishwashing soap, and shampoo, conditioner, lotion and hand soap for the bathrooms.
GOOD NEIGHBOR POLICY
Sand `N Sea works very hard to promote a quiet atmosphere for the enjoyment of our guests and our West End Galveston neighbors. Sand `N Sea does not allow weddings, graduation, prom or other parties/events at this home. At the broker's discretion, a refundable security deposit may be required before finalizing any reservation. More information about all of the policies can be found in the “Rental Agreement” on the checkout page.
Renting is great but owning is even better! Sand `N Sea REALTORS are coastal real estate experts that live, work or play on the Island. Our friendly and knowledgeable REALTORS are available to assist you 7 days a week at our Pirates Beach office.
