This contemporary canal vacation rental is perfect for multiple families, multiple generations, or any group looking to spend some time fishing, lounging, and generally enjoying the slower pace of island life. The private driveway easily accommodates up to 4 cars, and multiple levels of decks plus wide open livings spaces make it easy to gather your favorite people together.
On the ground level, you’ll find a great covered patio with a picnic table, BBQ grill, and enclosed outdoor shower. There’s also a fish cleaning station and a sunning deck just above water level. Kick back with your favorite fishing rod, right from the patio!
Head upstairs & inside to the main level and you’ll find a bright & airy open living area with multiple couches and a large TV. The pub-height dining table that seats 8 is nearby, and additional guests can pull up a stool at the breakfast bar. A French door refrigerator gives you plenty of space to store your favorite vacation snacks, and the fully equipped kitchen makes preparing meals simple. All of the pots, pans, dishes, utensils & drinkware you need are right here.
Just down the hall, you’ll find 2 bunk bedrooms. One sleeps up to 5 with pyramid & standard bunk beds, the other sleeps up to 6 with 2 pyramid bunk beds. (Linens & bath towels are included with all Sand `N Sea vacation rentals.)
Tucked away on the upper level you’ll find the primary suite and another king bedroom. The primary suite sleeps up to 6, with a king bed and 2 twin bunk beds. The en suite bath has a walk-in shower, double vanities, and lots of counter space. Guests in this room will love stepping out onto their own private deck watch island sunsets. The king bedroom has a desk perfect for remote work or classes. There’s a full bath with a shower & tub nearby.

PARKING
Parking is available for up to 4 vehicles in the private driveway of this home. Per HOA rules, trailers are not allowed at the home and street parking is not allowed. Trailers can be parked at the Sand `N Sea office.

PROPERTY CARE & HOUSEKEEPING
All Sand `N Sea Properties are non-smoking.
Our Housekeeping and Inspecting teams take care of preparing each home before every guest. They follow current CDC and Vacation Rental Housekeeping Professionals (VRHP) guidelines.
Sheets & bath towels are included with every reservation. Standard beds will already be made, ready for your arrival. Bunk beds and sleeper sofas will have a freshly laundered linen bundle available for your use.
We want to help get your trip off to an easy start, so all homes include a set of starter supplies: a roll of toilet paper for each bathroom, dishwashing soap, and shampoo, conditioner, lotion and hand soap for the bathrooms.
GOOD NEIGHBOR POLICY
Sand 'N Sea Properties is committed to good neighbor policies that provide the best experience possible for our vacation rental guests and our island neighbors. We share neighborhood HOA policies & city ordinance information with each of our guests via our rental policies, text & email reminders, and our Guest Portal.
We welcome family groups and responsible adult guests where leaseholders are a minimum of 25 years of age. Parties, reunions, proms and other gatherings are not allowed at any Sand `N Sea vacation homes.
